Survey Says: Back to School Sales in 2010 Will Reach Record High

The International Council of Shopping Centers got its statistics from Commerce Department data, and it shows that back to school spending will hit a record high this year---the highest since 1995.

To back this forecast up, a recent survey conducted by the National Federation Retail Trade Group also reports that shoppers are planning to increase spending on the back to school this year by a whopping 16%.
