If you want to get away from your 9-5 job and be your own boss, you can dropship
adult erotica for a thriving, prosperous ecommerce home business!
Adult literature, or erotica, is a hot niche!
Now, it is important to note that erotic and adult literature is not the same thing at all as pornography. In fact, much erotica is very well written with carefully crafted plots and an interesting line up of characters and secondary characters.
Porn is just porn….hard core, raw and crude for the most part. This is not to say that there is anything wrong with it if you like pornography---to each his own---just distinguishing the difference between the two.
Adult erotica is available in movies or books. Both are very popular with a high consumer demand and either is suitable for a profitable niche.
If you are still a little confused about what adult erotica is, here is a good explanation compliments of good old Wikipedia:
“Erotica (from the Greek eros "desire") is any artistic work that deals substantively with erotically stimulating or sexually arousing subject matter. All forms of art may depict erotic content, including painting, sculpture, photography, drama, film, music or literature. Erotica has high-art aspirations, differentiating it from commercial pornography.”
Here is some interesting info from libraryjournal.com about erotica:
“Since E.L. James first released Fifty Shades of Grey almost two years ago, her erotic Twilight fan fiction has taken the world by storm. From Fifty Shades of Grey: The Classical Album to the development of a movie based on the book to a licensed menswear line, you cannot escape the phenomenon. Worldwide sales of the trilogy now stand over 65 million copies, while Random House’s Vintage imprint has sold 35 million print and ebook editions in the United States. This past January, Doubleday released a collector-worthy hardcover edition of the trilogy with a combined first printing of 200,000 copies.
How has the trilogy’s popularity affected public perception of erotica? “Overall, I think people might be more apt not to be ashamed in the future about reading erotica,” says Megan Hart, author of the New York Times best-selling erotic novel Switch. And Kristina Wright, a writer (Dangerous Curves, Silhouette, 1999) and editor of erotic anthologies (Duty and Desire: Military Erotic Romance, Cleis, 2012), notes that James was able to take well-known tropes and bring erotica to global mainstream attention, introducing many new readers to the concept.”
So, it seems fairly plain that if you dropship adult erotica, you will have a niche with a high global demand, all through the year.
Where can you sell adult erotica?
Basically, anywhere you can sell books and movies, since it isn’t hard core porn. For example, the erotica trilogy that took the world by storm a couple of years ago, Fifty Shades of Grey,” is widely available on eBay and Amazon, both new and used copies.
In order to be successful with dropshipping adult erotica, of course, you need to find a good wholesale product source with high quality products and genuine wholesale prices that are low enough to allow you ample margin for profits on each sale.
If you want to work from home and be your own boss, dropship adult erotica!
If you are searching for a profitable niche for a home ecommerce business, here is a possibility: tea dropshippers
have a year round global market!
Tea has been around for centuries and you can reasonably assume that its popularity isn’t going to fade any time soon, if ever. There are devoted tea drinkers all over the world who don’t consider their day complete without at least one cup of tea---or more.
This is a very broad niche because there are scads of different types of teas.
For example, here are just a few that you could dropship:
- Herbal Tea
- Weight Loss Tea
- Medicinal Tea
- Green tea
- Black Tea
- Oolong Tea
- Fruit Tea
- And More
Some teas are made especially for breakfast while others are good for any occasion. The type or types of teas you ultimately decide to dropship will be largely a matter of personal preference. That being said, you might find it more do-able to focus on one particular type of tea. For example, herbal remedy and medicinal teas are red hot with global consumers as people from all around the globe become more health conscious. This would be an extremely lucrative niche for ecommerce with plenty of potential for sales and profits.
Yet another advantage for tea drop shippers is that it is a year round market.
You might expect to see a surge in sales during the holiday simply because tea is often giving as a gift. But, your demand would be perennial and consistent through out every season.
One thing that might bear thinking about, if you do decide to join the tea dropshippers, is offering correlating products so that you could boost sales with such techniques as up selling, cross selling and bundling.
For example, you might offer shoppers a bundled deal with a teapot, tea strainer or ball and the tea itself for a price that is lower than buying each item individually. Or, you might show the shopper images of tea cozies, tea chests and other tea paraphernalia once they add tea or a similar tea related product to their shopping cart.
If you think about it, this is good sense because a tea drinker is probably going to be buying other products within the niche besides the tea. So, offering tea cups and all sorts of other corresponding tea products is a great way to increase your bottom line.
Here are some interesting stats about tea drinking:
Nationally, tea purchases have risen for 20 consecutive years, annual supermarket sales have surpassed $2.2 billion, and away-from-home consumption of tea has grown by at least 10 percent a year for a decade, according to the Tea Association of the USA, a New York-based industry group. On any given day, the association says, 160 million Americans drink tea.Source: Washington Post
And that is just American usage! Imagine what your global market would be!
Tea drop shippers have a great niche and you could earn a great living working from home, so get started today!
Anyone interested in working from home in ecommerce might consider this idea: dropship
Ecommerce has changed the face of business and made it possible for anyone with access to a computer to get online and earn a comfortable living. The dropship business model takes this fantastic opportunity one step closer to sheer perfection because of its many benefits.
Just look at the advantages of a home dropshipping business:
You don’t have to pay for the products you sell up front and only pay your wholesale product source as each item is sold and you have collected the payment for it from your customer.
No expense or work involved with housing inventory as you never have physical possession of the products you dropship. Your product supplier does this for you. So, you don’t have to pay for storage space for inventory, incur the labor of unloading it and placing it in storage, or pull each item from inventory as it is sold.
You save all the time and money involved in packaging and shipping your dropship products because your wholesale dropship product source takes care of all that, too.
You don’t have to experience a long wait until your business begins making money for you, since with a home dropship business you can be up and running with sales and profits coming in literally right away.
Now, that is certainly an impressive list of benefits for dropshipping but we can add one more just as impressive if you dropship Samsung products: the advantage of selling a well known brand name.
One of the main things that stands between you and a sale in many cases in the natural fear and hesitation on the part of an online shopper when it comes to putting personal and financial data on the internet, plus trusting an unknown merchant to send the product ordered and paid for. This fear is understandable because unfortunately, online crooks and scammers are out there.
Getting past this stumbling block and winning the trust of a shopper who is considering buying from you is made much easier when you offer famous brand name products such as Samsung.
Probably because the shopper might not know anything about you, but they have heard of and might have personal experience with Samsung products and can trust them to be of high quality. Also, there may be a psychological edge to dropshipping Samsung or other brand name products because some of the brand’s trustworthiness might rub off on you merely by association.
At any rate, if you dropship Samsung products you are one step further along on the road to success in ecommerce!
There are many Samsung products to choose from and you might want to offer a variety or narrow your focus to only one item. Here are some suggestions of the Samsung products available for you to dropship:
- Cell Phones
- Small Appliances
- And More
Regardless of which Samsung products you choose, they will be in high demand globally.
If you want to work from home in ecommerce, dropship Samsung products for great sales and profits!
If you are considering starting a home business in ecommerce, you might be interested to know that knife dropshippers have a rich niche with plenty of profits!
Knives have been around for thousands of years. In fact, they were probably the first tool or weapon ever fashioned by mankind for self defense and hunting. Our prehistoric ancestors sat around the cave and laboriously chipped crude knives out of stone, using another stone. These primitive knives weren’t much by modern standards but one can only imagine what a boon they were to people who faced such fearsome adversaries as saber tooth tigers.
Knives continued to evolve down through the ages and progressed from stone to metal. Nowadays, you can find knives to suit many purposes. When you think of knives, your thoughts may automatically turn to hunting knives, pocket knives and others of that ilk. However, don’t overlook culinary knives as these are a very hot item.
Chefs, cooks of all kinds and everyday people use knives in the kitchen as well as at the dining table. Without knives for dining, we would all be eating steaks and other meats caveman style---just picking it up and tearing into it. Very messy!
So, if you choose to join the knife drop shippers who have “carved” out a lucrative niche, you may choose to sell an assortment of knives or stick to one basic type.
Here are a few suggestions for the types of knives you might dropship:
- Hunting Knives
- Knives for Defense or Protection
- Pocket Knives
- Chef Knives
- Kitchen Knives
- Dining Knives
It is important to note that within each of these categories are various sub-types and style of knives, so you would certainly not suffer from a lack of selection to offer shoppers.
This is a broad niche and one that would be extremely difficult to do justice to if you tried to dropship each and every style and type of knife available. Doing the SEO alone for that many products would be a staggering amount of work and take an enormous amount of time. It might be better and far more feasible to choose one sub-niche in knives and focus your energies on it. You will have a huge global target market regardless of which category and style of knives you choose to dropship.
Here are some interesting stats about or relating to knives:

Knife dropshippers are making money with a home business and you can, too, so get started today!
electronics is a profitable ecommerce home business niche and you could carve out a very profitable income for yourself if you are willing to work hard and do things right.
Some dropshippers are making 6 figure incomes and you can, too! One of the most important things when it comes to success or failure with ecommerce is having a profitable niche, one with a high global consumer demand. Electronics fit’s the bill with an extremely high demand. You will have a steady, dependable, year round supply of traffic and sales if you run your dropshipping home business correctly.
This simply means that you will need to use good work ethics, market your products and your dropship business, sell high quality products and provide excellent customer service. Do these things, and dropshipping electronics can be quite lucrative for you!
Now, it is important to note that this is a very broad niche. You might not want to try and tackle all of it as this could be a real pain when it comes to marketing and SEO and all of the other important things you have to do to see your ecommerce home business make money.
You may decide you would be better off to drill down within the electronics niche to find and develop a profitable sub-niche.
Here are a few suggestions for dropshipping electronics:
- Blu-Ray Players
- CD Players
- And More
There are low end, or fairly inexpensive electronics and there are high end electronics and everything in between.
Which type you prefer to dropship is basically a matter of personal preference and market demand. However, whichever kind of electronics you decide to dropship, you want to be sure and deal with a wholesale product source that only carries high end products. If they have name brand products, so much the better as these will sell better because shoppers trust a brand they know.
You will have a variety of online marketplaces and venues to choose from, including having your own website. The thing is, though, that if you are in a hurry to get money coming in; you might be well advised to stick with one of the giants such as Amazon or eBay in the beginning, at least. Both of these sites are a household word around the world and have millions upon millions of global shoppers flowing through the sites every day. You cannot hope to attract that kind of traffic on your own website, especially when you first start your dropshipping business.
Like many other niches, you can expect to see your dropshipping electronics sales surge during the winter holidays as people buy these products as gifts. That being said, this is a strong market all through the year, so your sales certainly won’t be entirely seasonal.
If you want to be your own boss and work from home, dropshipping electronics can provide you with a hot and hungry niche in huge demand, which translates to plenty of profits!
Anyone who wants to earn a living from home with their own ecommerce business should try dropshipping
Would you like to be your own boss…..set your own schedule….write your own paycheck and make money to go in your own pocket instead of someone else’s? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, dropshipping might be your ticket to the kind of freedom that only comes from having your own home business.
As you will see mentioned here over and over again, (because it’s true) your niche for ecommerce is critical to your success or failure in online sales, dropship or otherwise. Success with sales of any kind all depends on the law of supply and demand. If there is a demand and you supply it---your chances of being successful soar.
By the same token, if your niche is a dud and few shoppers are remotely interested in your fuzzy flying purple widgets….epic fail.
So, the niche you choose for your dropshipping home business is crucial. Perfume is a can’t miss, tried and true proven winner of a niche. People have been concocting various formulas for centuries to make them smell good and this is a niche with a humongous global consumer demand that should provide you with plenty of potential customers year round.
Naturally, you can expect a spike in sales when you are dropshipping perfume through the holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, but this is a niche that is high on gift lists all year long for such occasions as:
- And More
If you are thinking along the lines of women’s perfume, you are on the right track since there is a big demand for it. But, don’t factor out dropshipping perfume for men, either. Men like perfume and fragrance, too, so you don’t want to overlook this part of the niche.
Here are some interesting stats from PRWeb that should furnish you with a good idea about dropshipping perfume as a profitable niche in high demand.
“The industry has grown at an average annual rate of 7.8% to reach an estimated $3.8 billion in revenue over the five years to 2012, according to IBISWorld industry analyst Nikoleta Panteva. Online Perfume and Cosmetic Sales industry performance has been supported by the rising use of the internet as a shopping tool. Its prevalence has allowed consumers to find the items they are seeking at attractive prices.
As internet connectivity has grown, so too has industry demand. In 2012 alone, IBISWorld expects the number of broadband connections to increase 14.8% while the number of mobile internet connections grows 27.4%. Coupled with rebounding per capita disposable income, these factors are expected to push industry revenue up 10.3% during the year.”
According to IBISWorld, annual revenue for perfume sales is in excess of $4 billion. Wow! That really is a lot of money being spent on perfume and fragrance, so you could reasonably expect to make a slew of sales, provided you do everything else right.
Part of doing everything else right in dropshipping perfume is to choose your wholesale product source wisely. Some will say they give wholesale prices, but if you take the time to research retail prices for their products, you will discover that these so-called “wholesale” prices are more in line with retail. Obviously, you cannot buy for resale at retail prices and then turn around and sell at retail prices and expect to make any money.
The only one making any real money in this type of arrangement is the product supplier---not you.
So, be sure to select a wholesale dropship product supplier with genuine wholesale prices. While you’re at it, make sure it is a reputable business and has high quality, preferably name brand products.
If you want to earn a comfortable living from home in ecommerce, try dropshipping perfume!
PlayStation 3 consoles and/or games is a great niche for a home business in ecommerce!
Since the first video games emerged on the scene back in the early 80s, kids and grownups alike have enjoyed them to the max and their popularity seems in no danger of fading any time soon. In fact, video game sales are increasing year by year and ditto for the consoles used to play them.
PlayStation is one of the most prominent and popular of all video game consoles and games. PlayStation 3 sales continue to boom and anyone who wants to make money from home with an ecommerce business might do well to consider choosing this as a niche with a lot of potential for sales and profits.
In case you have heard of PlayStation 3 but aren’t completely up to speed on what it is, here is some info from trusty Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia:
“PlayStation 3 is a home video game console produced by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the successor to the PlayStation 2, as part of the PlayStation series. The PlayStation 3 competes with Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles. It was first released on November 11, 2006, in Japan, with international markets following shortly thereafter.”
If you choose this niche, you might consider dropshipping both the consoles and the games, just the consoles, just the games or both the consoles and games. Dropshipping consoles and games would net you more sales in the long run since the fact is that the majority of shoppers who purchase a PlayStation 3 console are going to be buying games for it, too. They may as well buy those games from you, right?
One of the most critical aspects of being successful dropshipping PlayStation 3 consoles and/or games is your wholesale product source.
You should do your homework first and carefully research retail prices for the PlayStation 3 consoles and all of the games you think you might want to sell. Find out what the going market price is and then choose a wholesale product supplier who gives you true wholesale prices far enough below the average sell through price to leave you plenty of margin for profits with every sale. Otherwise, you cannot possibly hope to make enough money to keep your home business afloat.
What PlayStation 3 games should you think about dropshipping? Here is a list of the most popular games for 2013 from the Official PlayStation Magazine online:
- Sine Mora
- Jetpack Joyride
- The Walking Dead: No Time Left
- Virtue’s Last Reward
- Need for Speed Most Wanted
- Lego The Lord of the Rings
- Far Cry 3
- Hatsune Miku Project Diva F
- And More
There are a variety of online venues suitable for dropshipping PlayStation 3 products, including Amazon, eBay, Bonanza and more. You could also have your own website, of course.
Dropshipping PlayStation 3 consoles and/or games is a great ecommerce home business niche with a world of potential, so get started today!

The annual comprehensive spending and data report for the pet industry shows spending grew 4.7 percent from $50.96 billion in 2011 to $53.33 billion in 2012. APPA also projects a steady 4.1 percent growth rate through 2013, with over $55 and a half billion in overall pet spending.
Helping fuel the growth, the pet marketplace continues to attract a stream of entrepreneurs and investors introducing new, innovative products.
Pampering and gift giving also showed a stronger performance in 2012 and current trends indicate solid growth will remain in 2013. Research also shows that more than half of pet products purchased are bought by consumers without kids. and that trend of fewer kids contributing to more pets will be key to growth and is a long term trend unlikely to reverse any time soon.
